TUMBLE CREEK PRESS creator Dani Dixon will be signing tomorrow during the Free Comic Book Day Festivities at  4 Color Fantasies! The all-day event boasts dozens of talented creators and artists, outdoor games, costumed characters, and most importantly - free comic books!
 
 
Dani Dixon will be giving away books and merchandise from two of her series - "13" and "M.I.S.//ing".
 


Tomorrow marks the 10th anniversary of International Free Comic Book Day. Some 3000 fans are expected show up to celebrate at the 4 Color Fantasies Festival. The Festival begins at 11:00, though fans will likely start lining up hours beforehand. Admission, food, drinks and games are all FREE!

"Insight Into Indy Publishing" Panel
Kicks Off WonderCon
 
 
 
The "Insight Into Indy Publishing" panel will be one of the first panels at this year's WonderCon! The show opens Friday, March 16th at noon. The Indy Publishing panel, which begins at 12:30 PM in Room 208, will feature independent creators and publishers, including TUMBLE CREEK PRESS Creative Director Dani Dixon. Dixon is also the creator of the comic book series "13", "Escape!", and "M.I.S.//ing".
 
 
 

TUMBLE CREEK PRESS will be giving away a free issue of their new manga series "M.I.S.//ing", a darkly comic tale about why you can never find your I.T. guy, to the first 300 people in line for the panel!
 
 
 
WonderCon 2012 will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center. WonderCon, usually a Bay Area staple, changed locales for 2012 while the Moscone Center, its home for several years, undergoes renovation. Last year's WonderCon topped 39,000 attendees - among which were industry professionals, pop culture fans, and journalists.
